I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois (149018085) and possess a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. With extensive experience in clinical practice, mental health counseling, and trauma-informed care.

I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences who deal with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, relationship conflicts, trauma, self-esteem, cultural identity belonging as well as issues during perinatal, postpartum, self esteem, and empowerment.

I blend evidence-based practice with emphasis in CBT, client-centered, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, strength-based, positive psychology, and systems perspectives. I provide a holistic and integrative approach, recognizing that each individual's story and healing process are unique.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental, where my clients can speak openly and be fully heard. I am emphatic and empowering, balancing deep listening and thoughtful guidance that encourages clients to explore new perspectives and build resilience in their own strengths.

My journey to mental healthcare

Witnessing resilience, human connection, and empathy in others inspired me to become a therapist where I could help others find healing, hope, and strength within themselves. Being a therapist for me is more than a profession. It is a calling rooted in commitment to supporting others through life's most difficult moments.
