My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a provider because of my own personal experiences with anxiety and self-doubt. Walking through life's challenges has inspired me to be the kind of support I once needed. I have always been a caring and compassionate person, and that natural motivation to help others led me to pursue this career.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify the goals that matter most to you—whether that's improving relationships, building self-confidence, or navigating life's challenges. As your goals evolve, we'll adjust our approach to ensure the work remains meaningful and supportive.

Our first session

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what your personal goals are. We'll also talk about what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, so I can better understand how to support you.
