I love helping people, whether it be in the community or one-on-one. I feel communication can sometimes be overlooked. I strongly feel communication can help resolve most of our problems.

Goals can be overwhelming, but they are achievable. I will help you with recognizing new goals, and we can adjust them as needed. Life changes, and so do our goals.

Our first session

My first session will include an introduction, no pressure and a get to know each other better type of meeting. I will have lots of questions, and this will help guide our treatment.
