My journey to mental healthcare

From early on in my career, I knew I wanted to help people navigate their challenges and improve their lives. Witnessing the impact of mental health struggles on individuals and families motivated me to pursue therapy as a profession.

My goals for you

I approach goal-setting with clients through a collaborative and client-centered process. Initially, I work with clients to explore their values, priorities, and specific challenges, helping them articulate what they hope to achieve in therapy. We then establish clear, realistic, and measurable goals that align with their needs and circumstances.

During the first session with me, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment designed to foster safety and trust. I prioritize building rapport, so the session will focus on getting to know each other. I'll invite clients to share their experiences, concerns, and what brings them to therapy, all at their own pace.
