My focus
I specialize in a range of areas to meet diverse needs, including trauma recovery, addiction and substance abuse, anger management, anxiety and depression, mood disorders, and family issues related to incarceration. I also proudly serve the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender individuals, offering a safe and affirming space (WPATH trained).
My approach
My approach draws from evidence-based practices, including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I firmly believe that every individual has the capacity to heal and thrive in a healthy environment. I meet each client where they are, collaboratively establishing goals that are meaningful to you.
