I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, unbiased environment to empower individuals to explore their beliefs and concerns while gaining or enhancing skills to address their therapeutic needs.

I love helping others explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and helping them to find the tools they need to feel happier about their lives and achieve the goals they set out for themselves.

I believe that therapy should be client-driven and goal-oriented.

Our first session

The first session is generally rapport building, getting to know each other, and allowing you to have questions answered about what your future therapy sessions will be like, while simultaneously allowing me to explore some of the concerns that you want addressed in therapy.
