Life transitions, anxiety, and self-doubt can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed. I offer a supportive, relatable space for teens, young adults, and individuals across the lifespan who are looking for understanding, growth, and meaningful change.

I work especially well with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and identity development. Many of my clients are figuring out who they are, managing increased pressure, or adjusting to changes in school, relationships, sports, or adulthood.

My approach is flexible and client-centered, shaped by both clinical knowledge and a genuine understanding of modern challenges. From the beginning, I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to bring whatever feels important, whether that’s a current stressor or something you’ve been holding onto for years.
