Hi there, I'm ELIZABETH!

Whether it’s a single event or a lifetime of struggles, our thoughts and emotions often become so overwhelming that ordinary tasks can be difficult to complete. The journey of emotional healing can be challenging but empowering. It includes self-discovery and learning to trust intuition so you can embrace and accept who you are.

My focus

I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with life issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, lack of confidence, and many other issues that can make a person feel stuck on their journey. By providing a safe space for candid conversations, people feel heard and unjudged to say out loud thoughts that can feel overwhelming.

My approach

Helping people learn to manage life's adversities allows them to understand that events do not define us. I am trained in trauma-informed care and use multiple evidence-based strategies such as CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused therapy. I also apply a holistic approach with Mindfulness-based practices so clients can use their natural resources.
