I love watching others grow and find themselves. I believe we all just want to be seen and heard, and maybe feel like things aren't going to fall apart at any second.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals who tend to overthink, have been labeled as "too self-aware", intellectualizers, or find themselves knowing their problem but struggling to feel relief from it. I also work with childhood trauma, PTSD, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach
I use a mix of Client Centered and Adlerian approaches to help guide you through growth. This allows for insight and understanding while leaving room for emotions and feeling our feelings. I tend to be more direct than a lot of therapists, asking questions or challenging your thinking when appropriate.
