I create a reflective, culturally aware space where all parts of you are welcome, your strengths, contradictions, emotions, and identities. Sessions feel steady, thoughtful, and collaborative, with room for warmth and humor. All in a cultural limbo are welcome.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path began with my own lived experiences as an immigrant and former refugee. Witnessing displacement, transition, and generational trauma taught me to listen differently. That shaped my commitment to helping others name the stories they’ve carried and heal with depth, dignity, and cultural awareness.

I collaborate with clients to identify goals that feel meaningful, grounded, and achievable. Together, we clarify what needs healing, what needs strengthening, and what needs understanding. Goals evolve over time and I help you move at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and aligned with your life context.
