My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a fascination for the mind-body connection and the transformative power of movement. As a dance/movement therapist, I witnessed how alternative interventions beyond traditional talk therapy could profoundly impact people's lives. This ignited my passion for helping others in various settings.
