Whether it is stress or life transitions, navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, or grief can feel lonely and overwhelming. Together, we can build a therapeutic relationship and skills that will help you regain focus and feel empowered.
My approach
I believe in a person-centered approach where you are the expert and creator of your future. I use mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with other techniques as needed, to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thinking. I believe in a collaborative approach that gives you support and information, while allowing you to feel more in control.
