I am a Client-Centered Therapist. My goal is to assist individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals. As an eclectic therapist, I adopt a client-centered approach, empowering individuals to harness their strengths and enhance their lives.

My focus

I often work with individuals facing challenges stemming from past traumatic events, which may lead to depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, relationship issues, anger management concerns, or low self-esteem. Additionally, I support individuals dealing with bipolar disorder or other mood-related concerns.

My approach

I provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that helps individuals feel comfortable and encourages them to share openly with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been working with individuals from all walks of life. I started out working in substance abuse treatment, mental health centers, women's and men's shelters, and domestic violence programs. I was driven by the desire to see people rise above their pain.

I take a collaborative approach, starting by identifying broad desires and then working together to identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals.
