I work with youth, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and school refusal. I have spent my career learning and translating theories into practice with individuals, families, couples, and groups.

I've gained deeper knowledge working with trauma, anxiety, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population. I create space for you to explore what matters most and develop tools that support your growth and well-being.
My approach
My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed. I utilize evidence-based and eclectic models when working with clients. I apply a combination of EMDR for trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
