I listen to your story attentively so that I can deeply understand your situation without any judgment. My style is warm, friendly, calm, and authentic, and I sometimes use gentle humor to introduce lightness into difficult moments and help you chart a path forward.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always tried to help others, even as a young child. I believe there is no measurement or comparison for emotion, and sadness, joy, suffering, and happiness transcend geographical and cultural boundaries. The most intimate feelings are the most universal and are there for everyone, no matter where or who you are.

My goals for you

My collaborative process of goal setting is in the service of healing, growth, and change. While the framework is structured, it is in alignment with my client's values and emotional well-being. We analyze past experiences and current challenges and recognize your areas for improvement.

Our first session

I have found that people have been in distress for some time by the time they come to therapy, so during our initial session, I create a safe space for clients to talk, decompress, and breathe. We will discuss what you want to accomplish in therapy and your goals.
