I use DBT, CBT, Brainspotting and EMDR approaches.

My communication style

I allow my clients to be in the driver seat to their therapy and if they're unable to drive, we drive together and make strides for you to take over when you feel ready. I have an interactive therapy approach.

My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to therapy is experiencing my own traumas and struggling to overcome the biases in receiving help from a cultural perspective and I am glad I did.
