My focus
I have worked with teenagers to adults in a variety of settings that include residential, inpatient/outpatient, and prison settings, including Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Trauma are conditions I am comfortable treating.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is person-centered. With this as the basis, I incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed therapies to help facilitate change.
