Hi there, I'm Susan!

Life will always present challenges though sometimes those challenges make you feel anxious, overwhelmed, sad, or all alone. I am here to help! My goal is to collaborate with you to explore unhealthy thought patterns, identify healthy coping skills and supports, and highlight your strengths.

My focus

With over 25 years of experience, I have supported adults 18 yo and up struggling with depression, anxiety, thought disorders, grief, and/or navigating life transitions. We will collaborate together to relieve symptoms, polish coping strategies, and highlight your strengths.

My approach

In a warm and safe environment, using a person-centered approach, we will explore the relationship between your feelings, thoughts, and behavior and reshape unhealthy though patterns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Mindfulness activities are explored to help manage anxiety and support you with reaching your goals.
