My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into counseling began with a deep desire to help people feel seen, supported, and understood during life’s most difficult moments. Over the past 10+ years, that passion has grown into a calling, to help individuals heal, rediscover their strength, and create lives filled with greater purpose, hope, and possibility.
