Hi there, I'm Christine!

I am a therapist and a Mental Performance Consultant in Training. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to work with clients toward their identified goals. Together, we figure out what you want, what's limiting you, and how to get to your goal.

My focus

I have worked with all ages and prefer adolescents and older adults. I work with clients through the spectrum of mental health—from issues of daily stress to serious mental illnesses such as Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, ADD, depression, and trauma; performance issues at work, school, and sports; and even those who just need an ear for support.

My approach

I work from an eclectic approach. The treatment type will be based on specific client preferences and needs. Primary techniques fall under behaviorist, cognitive, humanistic, and trauma approaches.
