I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. I view the practice of therapy as a profound privilege, an opportunity to understand each client’s unique experiences and the circumstances that have led them to seek support.

My areas of focus include mental health, life adjustments, and trauma-informed care. I work effectively with motivated clients who are engaged in the therapeutic process. Many of my clients are navigating significant shifts in their lives, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health concerns.
My approach
My work is grounded in a client-centered approach, recognizing that clients hold deep insight into their own lives, whether or not they are fully aware of it at the outset. To best meet a client’s needs, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
