I am a therapist with experience working with clients aged 12 and up on a wide range of mental health issues and life challenges. My approach is collaborative, multicultural, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
My focus
I work with clients from ages 12 and up. I have experience helping individuals manage major life transitions, relationship problems, grief and loss, and other challenges. My specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, coping skills, LGBTQIA+ issues, self-esteem, stress, sports performance, and trauma/PTSD.
My approach
I see therapy as a collaborative process where I work closely with clients to help them achieve their own goals. I use a multicultural lens and view each client as the expert of their own lived experience. Treatment is catered to the individual, as success looks different for every person.
