I take an eclectic approach with my clients, using a client-centered approach and meeting you where you are. I also believe that a cognitive behavioral approach is an effective form of therapy. If we focus on changing our intrusive thoughts, our behaviors and ultimately our outlook on life will change.
My focus
I work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as individuals struggling with bipolar disorder. Additionally, I work with individuals and couples on relationship issues, as well as anger management and domestic violence issues.
My approach
I take an eclectic approach, using Client Centered Therapy to meet my clients where they are at with empathy and compassion, but also believe that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an effective approach, as it allows us to examine our intrusive thoughts and reframe our thinking.
