My communication style is calm, compassionate, and client-centered. I will meet with you without judgment and with genuine interest in your perspective.

My journey to mental healthcare

After years of supporting friends, family, and patients to better understand themselves, combined with an interest in neuropsychology, I decided to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I celebrate and empathize with the human condition. Having gone through life challenges myself, I find joy in walking with others through the same.

My goals for you

We will work together at a pace that is comfortable for you. Together, we will create a plan that works towards your goals in combination with my guidance from an evidence-based practice perspective. We will celebrate as you achieve milestones and work through setbacks together.

Our first session

At our initial visit, we will spend the majority of the time getting to know each other and identifying your goals. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, determine and review treatment goals, provide education about your diagnosis, and discuss available treatment options including education, therapy, and medication.
