Hi there, I'm Alicia!

My role is to offer resources when I can and be a mirror or sounding board when needed. We have many tools that can and should be available for everyone.

My focus

I work with all ages; however, I have immense respect and love for our elders and enjoy learning about all of their experiences. I also have a special place in my heart for those suffering from substance use issues.

My approach to healthcare is simple: we all have the capability to grow and expand our knowledge and care for ourselves and others.

My communication style

I am very honest, sometimes a little goofy, and I think out of the box. I am very curious and will ask all types of questions, debate pros and cons, and explore self-discovery.

My journey to mental healthcare

I used to break and train horses, run a stable, and have dreams of being a large animal Vet. However, life seems to guide us if we listen, and I couldn't imagine doing something else.
