I create a safe and comfortable environment where you set the tone initially. As we build rapport, I encourage and support you as we work together on your treatment goals. I'm approachable and receptive, and I strive to set a calm and relaxing tone in sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

Supporting people through difficult times came naturally to me growing up. I wanted to specialize in helping those who need extra support with mental health and don't have encouragement from family and friends. I'm passionate about helping others and find great pleasure in being part of my clients' progress.

My goals for you

I ask what you'd like to accomplish and ensure we set realistic goals. I assess when you're ready for steps toward certain goals and prioritize what we'll work on first.

You can expect a very approachable, friendly, and empathetic therapist. My goal is to make you comfortable and ensure your needs are met. Building rapport and ensuring you feel heard and supported is my number one priority.
