Hi there, I'm Carrie!

I am an LCPC, CRSS. I bring a blend of education, mindfulness, and authentic connection to guide clients on their unique journeys toward growth, resilience, and self-discovery. Supporting others in finding their strength and purpose drives everything I do in this work.

My focus

I work with clients across the lifespan and am passionate about supporting parents navigating pregnancy, grief and loss, and parental concerns. I also help individuals manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, adjustment disorders, and family dynamic issues.

My approach

My approach is trauma-informed, rooted in compassion and collaboration. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you develop mindfulness skills and align actions with values. Drawing from Humanistic-Existential work, I guide you in exploring personal experiences to uncover your full potential.
