I use active listening and positive regard to create a space where genuine sharing can happen. I focus on trauma-informed care, childhood development, LGBTQ+ issues, dating violence, anxiety, mindfulness, and emotional wellness.

I work with clients from all backgrounds, including those referred by child welfare or justice systems, adjusting to life changes, or at any stage of readiness. I treat grief, anxiety, boundary issues, bipolar disorder, and help clients find motivation to move forward.

I help you recognize your ability to make desired changes using reality-based techniques, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral modification.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been the person others turn to for support. Helping people discover they have what they need to forgive, process grief, manage demands, adjust to change, and reduce stress continues to motivate my work.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by reminding clients of their desired outcomes, encouraging them to participate in the process of establishing their goals, as well as helping them to understand that goals can be accomplished incrementally.
