I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Chicago, IL. I have over 22 years of experience in social work, helping a diverse population of clients in a multitude of settings. I work with adults and teens who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life's stresses, and create a space where you can feel safe.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Holistic therapy, and Somatic therapy to help you make progress and feel empowered. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to reduce stress by bringing my focus to the present moment.
