I have been working in mental health since 2003 and have a lot of experience with various populations.

My focus

I enjoy working with adults and teens on issues such as complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress reduction, adjustment issues, and parenting.

My approach

I use a person-centered approach along with CBT, mindfulness, and narrative approaches.

I'm very approachable and try to keep the sessions light and enjoyable along with using empathy and reflective communication to help with connection and comfort.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always found people interesting and spent a lot of time observing others when I was a child. I also enjoyed writing. I just naturally flowed into the psychology field as a teen and had my master's degree before the age of 25. It was just meant to be.

My goals for you

I allow each client to choose goals and provide guidance during this process and usually update goals every 3 months.
