My communication style is calm, friendly, and empathetic. I want you to feel comfortable and validated. At times, I integrate humor when appropriate, using it as a tool to build rapport, ease tension, and support the therapeutic process in a thoughtful manner.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist began with a deep desire to help others. My interest in understanding human behavior guided me to discover my calling as a therapist, where I integrate these disciplines to support and empower my clients.

I take a client-centered approach to goal setting, tailoring the process to your needs and preferences. Some clients identify their goals quickly, while for others, it takes time to explore and clarify them. I prioritize working at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Our first session

During our first session, we will focus on what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, needs, and goals, allowing us to determine the best direction for moving forward.
