I am an empathetic therapist who works with adolescents through adulthood. I enjoy working with clients curious about themselves, especially in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, spirituality, and aging. I love helping you explore and connect with yourself, reframe negative narratives, and create positive futures.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Perspective to help you understand patterns and build on what's already working. This combination allows us to address both thoughts and behaviors while honoring your unique strengths and values.

My journey to mental healthcare

My story started with the drive to learn more about grief after personal loss. This led me to social work and community mental health. My drive is to help people overcome the challenges and stress that make life overwhelming at times.
