Hi there, I'm Christine!

I help people struggling with depression and anxiety related to trauma or the stressors of daily life by assisting them in developing clarity and insight into their challenges and identifying a path towards a life that feels meaningful and manageable. I practice from a place of professional development and recovery.

My focus

I work with people who find themselves feeling stuck in depression and overwhelmed by anxiety and who are ready to live differently. I believe that laughter is good medicine and works best with people who are open to rediscovering reasons to laugh and smile again.

My approach

I don't believe that therapy is one-size-fits-all so I practice from multiple frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems.
