Hi there, I'm Mishel!

I work with adult women and specialize in codependency issues, depression, and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to help my clients live their best lives.

My focus

I love to help adult women find their voice and empower them to reach their full potential and have the life God intends for them. I focus on the person and their personal goals while teaching them to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. I can also help with codependency, grief and loss issues, and women's issues.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client. I am a person-centered therapist who implements a variety of evidence-based practices like CBT, psychoeducation, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and holistic approaches, as well as spirituality and Biblical practices.
