Hi there, I'm Megan!
I provide therapy services to clients as they choose to become healthier versions of the humans they are. I specialize in working with young adults and teenagers who struggle with emotional regulation and the complexities of life transitions. I approach therapy by cultivating a warm, laid-back, and direct client relationship.
My focus
I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical young adults and teens to assist them in better understanding and coping with unregulated emotions. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ population and am comfortable working with sexuality, gender identity, and self-esteem.
My approach
I approach therapy with inclusion and safety in mind, recognizing that each client may have a different way of learning. I am person-centered and believe that my therapeutic approaches must shift to the needs of each individual client. Within my skillset, I pull skills from DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and parts-work.
