I provide therapy to clients choosing to become healthier versions of themselves. I specialize in working with young adults and teenagers who struggle with emotional regulation and the complexities of life transitions. I cultivate a warm, laid-back, and direct client relationship while utilizing an eclectic mix of skills unique to each person.
My focus
I work with neurodivergent and neurotypical young adults and teens to help them understand and cope with unregulated emotions. I have extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ population, including sexuality, gender identity, and self-esteem. I am skilled at parts work with clients struggling with anxiety, self-image, and interpersonal difficulties.
My approach
I approach therapy with inclusion and safety in mind, recognizing that each client may have a different way of learning. I am person-centered and believe my therapeutic approaches must shift to the needs of each individual client. Within my skillset, I pull skills from DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and parts-work.
