Hi there, I'm Nathaniel!

I work with individuals and couples using a warm, relational approach to help with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. My focus is on building emotional connections and supporting meaningful change.

My focus

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relational challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking deeper emotional connections, greater self-understanding, or healing from past experiences. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships, so I focus on creating a supportive space where clients feel truly seen and valued. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
