My journey to mental healthcare

My path toward becoming a Clinical Social Worker began later in life, after I gained confidence through my own therapy journey. I wanted to help other trauma survivors heal from their trauma and become their best selves.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to accomplish in our sessions. It’s normal to feel nervous at first, so we can move at your pace, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
