My approach is eclectic, varying based on your needs. I most frequently use cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-focused therapies to understand your experiences and develop the best path forward, keeping your goals in mind.

My communication style is calm, down-to-earth, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a strong desire to help others and realized early on that holding space for others was a powerful thing and a strength of mine. I have always been a great listener and naturally drawn to helping people through difficult times.

Our first session

In the first session, you can expect to spend the majority of our time talking about how you have been feeling and your goals for therapy. I will ask questions for clarity to ensure I have a clear picture so that I can determine the best approach for moving forward.
