I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I use a functional and integrative approach to treat children and adults with various mental health conditions. I have found that using a combination of psychiatric medications, supplements, and therapy usually provides the best outcomes.

I enjoy working with children and adults who desire a holistic approach to treatment. Those with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD tend to respond very well to this approach.

My journey into mental health care began with a fascination for psychology and the intricacies of the human body, which ultimately guided me toward a career in psychiatric nursing. I believe mental and physical health are inseparable and each significantly influences the other. Mental health is influenced by our life experiences, relationships.

I work collaboratively with you to help reach your desired outcomes. We'll discuss what you want to achieve through treatment and work together incrementally to accomplish these goals. Progress will be tracked throughout the treatment process.

Our first session

Before our first session together, I will send you the intake paperwork. By completing this paperwork before our first session, we will have more time to talk about your current situation and goals for treatment. If you are already taking psychiatric medication, we will discuss how it's working for you and if we need to make any changes.
