My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health care began with a fascination for psychology and the human body. I believe mental and physical health are inseparable and significantly influence each other. This holistic perspective drives my passion for helping you navigate your unique mental, emotional, and physical health.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with you to help reach your desired outcomes. We'll discuss what you want to achieve through treatment and work together incrementally to accomplish these goals. Progress will be tracked throughout the treatment process.

Our first session

Before our first session, I'll send you intake paperwork. By completing this beforehand, we'll have more time to talk about your current situation and goals. We'll discuss how any current psychiatric medication is working and if we need to make changes. We can also discuss viable options as well as possible supplements and lab work.
