I specialize in working with individuals navigating through life transitions, having anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, religion, self-love, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, complicated medical conditions, grief, loss, and more. My approach is client-centered, about you achieving the greatest possible benefit from our work together.
