Hi there, I'm Ashley!

I use a person-centered approach to working with clients and implement CBT, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness as well as other concepts and interventions to assist others in living their best lives. I enjoy working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues.

My focus

I typically work with young men and women dealing with anxiety or relationship/ communication issues. I enjoy helping teens and adults of all ages navigate ADHD and any comorbid issues, teaching skills, and providing tools to gain an understanding of how to cope with barriers successfully. I am also here to help those healing from trauma.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy to my clients depends on the person and their individual needs. I work through the lenses of person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have a focus on Attachment theory as well when working with individuals.
