Do you think you are not good enough, you are a failure, or have another negative belief about yourself? Those come from past experiences, and EMDR can help you process past events and develop more positive beliefs. I am trained in EMDR and DBT and can help with negative beliefs, regulating emotions, and improving relationships.

My ideal client is someone who wants to get better by putting in the work that they need to. It can be uncomfortable at times, but I will never push you further than you want to go.

I offer a person-centered approach to therapy, which means my clients call the shots on what they would like to focus on. I can give you recommendations based on your needs, but ultimately, we go at your speed and the direction you want to go.
