My goal as a counselor is to meet my clients where they are in a safe and judgment-free environment to facilitate and aid in the process of long-lasting healing and growth. I am EMDR trained and currently pursuing Level 1 IFS training through the IFS Institute, and I often incorporate these methods in my work with clients.
