I have distinguished myself through decades of professional experience. I practiced in hospital, residential, and outpatient settings.

My focus

I work with individuals, couples, and families. I conduct sessions with people of all ages and sexual orientations to treat anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, OCD, conflict between couples, family dysfunction, ADHD, ADD, PTSD, grief, and loss.

I employ an eclectic approach, drawing on my advanced education and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, cognitive processing, Gestalt, psychoanalysis, play therapy, and integrated therapy, physical and emotional health relationships.

Clients will experience a professional with sincere respect for their well-being. I am an advocate for protecting the client's legal right to confidentiality.

My journey to mental healthcare

A psychology class during my undergraduate days sparked my interest in becoming a therapist. Continuing education in the field and a successful practice have given me a fulfilling career.

Respecting clients by working in a collaborative style. Joining the client in designing the best practice therapeutic modality specific to their goals for change. TOGETHER, the client and therapist take the agreed-upon steps for success.

Our first session

The client will experience a compassionate, skilled practitioner to explore concerns, hopes, and goals. Together, they will develop treatment options. The client will be encouraged to ask any and all questions. At the end of the first session, the client may accept, decline, or take time to think about continued therapy.
