My journey to mental healthcare

Initially, I trained in film with the plan to make documentaries and change the world. It quickly became clear to me that the most significant work I could do would be to help make the world a safer and better place for individuals, one at a time. I have always loved being a therapist and enjoy the great privilege it gives me.
