I take a mindfulness-based approach to help retrain your brain and use Internal Family Systems to heal all of your parts for lasting change. I provide a warm, comforting environment without judgment.

My approach
I use Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and CBT to help you manage daily stressors, overwhelming emotions, and intrusive thoughts. I approach trauma through inner child work and IFS, helping you listen to all of your parts and find balance. These methods work together to heal the whole person.
