My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began in childhood, where I developed a deep desire to help others find strength through life's challenges. Working within the therapeutic community has allowed me to witness resilience in the face of adversity. I am driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

Therapy is a partnership and I'm ready to walk alongside you. We’ll work to identify goals that are meaningful to you and take you where you want to go. As you gain new insights, we’ll adjust our approach to ensure the work remains relevant.

Our first session

The initial session provides an opportunity for connection and exploration. While initial nervousness is common, rest assured that there is no obligation to share more than you feel comfortable with. We will explore at your own pace, collaboratively establishing a supportive therapeutic environment.
