I work with young to middle-aged adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, BPD, eating disorders, and relationship distress. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adventure Therapy (AT), and The Gottman Method to help clients build skills and navigate challenges in a supportive environment.

My approach
My approach in working with someone new is to get to know them and identify their strengths and areas for growth, and plan for helpful support moving forward. Though I most frequently use DBT at this time, I have used a variety of supports and treatment modalities to support the people I work with.
