Hi there, I'm Jordan!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of CogniCore Therapy. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and difficulty communicating their needs. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard and understood, while also equipping you with practical tools.

My focus

I work with clients at all stages of change, whether life has gently nudged them or pushed them hard. I support you in finding your path and walking it as fully as you can. If you're ready to challenge yourself, grow, and thrive, we may be a great match.

My approach

My approach to care is both collaborative and evidence-based. I believe therapy should be a balance of support and practical problem-solving. I regularly use Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to address a wide range of concerns.
